Discovering The Ramayana
The Fetch
The Ramayana is the world’s oldest epic story of love and duty. It recounts the tale of the great prince Rama, his wife, Sita, the ten-headed demon Ravana, and Hanuman the monkey general. In their battles of good versus evil many adventures occur culminating in their joyous homecoming remembered now at Divali, the Hindu festival of light.
Working for a day with young people and a professional performer, The Fetch present an original interpretation of the Ramayana in their unique and stunning visual style using unforgettable masks, shadows, puppets and props.
